Terms of Service · Updated September 28, 2026

Terms of Service.

These terms apply to Tyvo Pay ("Tyvo", "we"): tyvopay.app, our API and the Tyvo Pay Chrome extension. By using Tyvo Pay you agree to them. Please read them, especially the parts about payments, refunds and third-party cards.
01

What Tyvo Pay does

Tyvo Pay lets you pay with USDG on Robinhood Chain for a prepaid, non-reloadable Visa card voucher, which you redeem with the card provider and can then use at online checkouts. The extension helps you redeem the voucher and fill the card in at checkout. Tyvo is not a bank and does not issue cards: cards are issued and operated by third parties (see below).

02

Who can use it

  • Age. You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Sanctions. You may not use Tyvo Pay if you are located in, or a resident of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, or if you are on a sanctions list. Payments from sanctioned wallets are frozen.
  • Lawful use. You must use Tyvo Pay only for lawful purposes and only with funds you own.
  • Accurate details. The name, email and billing address you give us must be your own and accurate; the card provider relies on them.
03

Quotes, payments and orders

  • Quotes. Before you pay, we show you the total in USDG: the card supplier's price, the bridging cost and our fee. A quote is held for 15 minutes.
  • Paying. You pay the exact quoted amount in USDG on Robinhood Chain from your own wallet to the address we show. Sending a different token, using a different network, or sending from a different wallet may mean we can't match your payment automatically.
  • Irreversible transfers. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed by us or anyone else. Check the amount, token and network before you confirm.
  • Delivery. Once your payment is confirmed on-chain, we order your card voucher and deliver it to you. Delivery is usually quick but is not guaranteed to be instant.
04

Fees

Every quote itemises what you pay. Our fee is shown before you pay (currently 2.5% of the card value plus $0.49, with lower fees for eligible $TYVO holders). The card provider may charge its own fees, for example to redeem a voucher, when a transaction is declined, or when a card is left unused. Those fees are set by the provider, not by us; we show what we know about them before you pay. See Disclosures for details.

05

The cards

  • Third-party cards. Card vouchers are supplied by CryptoRefills and redeemed with Rewarble. When you redeem and use a card, the provider's own terms apply, and your relationship for the card itself is with them.
  • Where cards work. Cards are USD prepaid Visa cards for online purchases. Some merchants may decline them, for example merchants that require 3-D Secure where the card doesn't support it. We can't guarantee acceptance by any merchant.
  • Expiry and balance. Vouchers and cards have expiry dates and may lose value if unused, as set by the provider. Don't keep money on a card longer than you need to.
  • Keep it safe. You're responsible for keeping your voucher code and card details secure. The extension stores card details only on your device.
06

Refunds

  • If we can't fulfil your order. If you paid and we can't deliver your card voucher, we refund the USDG you paid to the wallet you paid from.
  • Overpayments and late payments. If you send more than quoted, or pay after your quote expired, we refund the extra or the full amount to the paying wallet (network fees may apply).
  • After delivery. Once a voucher has been delivered, the order is complete and can't be refunded by us. Issues with a redeemed card are handled by the card provider under its terms; we'll help you contact them.
  • Frozen payments. Payments from sanctioned wallets are frozen and not refunded.
07

What you can't do

Don't use Tyvo Pay for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or to buy anything illegal; don't use stolen funds or someone else's identity; don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the service's limits or security. We may refuse, pause or cancel orders, and suspend access, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

08

The Chrome extension

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Tyvo Pay extension with the service. It is provided as it is, and it may not work on every website or checkout. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

09

Risks and disclaimers

Crypto assets and blockchains carry risks, including network outages, congestion, smart-contract and stablecoin risks, and changes in law. Tyvo Pay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Tyvo Pay is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

10

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third parties (including card providers, merchants, blockchains, bridges and wallets), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11

Changes, suspension and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Tyvo Pay means you accept the update. We may change, suspend or stop the service. Tyvo Pay is an independent project built on Robinhood Chain and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. Questions: contact@tyvopay.app.
